Booking Cancellation Policy

We advise you to arrange travel insurance to safeguard against cancellation charges and other potential losses.

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. You must supply the card number, expiry date and CVC, as well as the card holder name and the complete and correctly formatted billing address as registered with your card issuer.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the14 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

Payment of balance

Full payment of your stay may be taken at any time by Haven Crest in the 14 days prior to your arrival.


Pet Policy

We do not accept pet at our property.


Damages, Breakages & Antisocial Behaviour

Although extremely unusual, we ask that you report any incidents as they occur. While we do not normally charge for minor accidental breakages we will charge for the full cost of all other breakages, missing items and for the replacement and/or making good of any damage. Additionally, there will be a charge of £100 for soiled bedding, towels, carpets, furnishings and décor where additional cleaning is necessary.

Excessive noise, unruly and threatening behaviour and the like which causes inconvenience and discomfort to our other guests and/or staff is not acceptable. Such behaviour will result in the offending person(s) being asked to vacate their room and leave the premises but will be charged for their booked stay.
